Below is a list of culture and protocol information. The information comes from other Uniformed services. While their customs may not always be our usual practice or habit, the information can help you understand their perspective and traditions when they interact with you.

Note: As a general rule, services with Naval origins have similar traditions and are more closely matched to our own. Also, uniformed services with land-based traditions (Army & Air Force) are more closely aligned with each other and tend to act similarly.
